You could feel the patchwork of memories—all the highs and lows and in-betweens—that had led them to this day. And the city outside carried on completely oblivious to this moment in time – surely multiple New Yorkers were hemming and hawing about the weather, stepping in puddles, squeezing onto crowded Subways, going to work, leading meetings, taking their kids to school – just another day in the city.
It’s idyllic, lush, classic, majestic, quaint, and romantic; a whole other world of color, flora, and fauna in the middle of the concrete jungle that is New York City. If it wasn’t real, it would seem to have been conjured in a dream. That’s what makes Central Park so special, and it’s what makes it one of the most magical places to get married.
